1.1 These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at lead-eip.com and any of its subdomains (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

2.1 We grant you permission to access and use the Website for your own personal or internal business purposes, on the terms set out here.
2.2 You agree not to: use the Website unlawfully or fraudulently; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is stored, or any connected system; introduce viruses or other malicious material; use any automated system to scrape, harvest or extract data from the Website; submit false, misleading or abusive content through any form on the Website; or use any contact details published on the Website to send unsolicited marketing communications.

9.3 These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them.
