What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the content of your message. Our website host also collects limited technical data automatically (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) in standard server logs.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and to discuss our services with you (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).

We use technical log data to keep the website secure and functioning (legitimate interests). We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.

Marketing

We will not add you to any marketing list without your consent. Any marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe option.

Who we share it with

Your data is processed by our website hosting provider and email provider acting on our instructions.

We do not share your personal data with any other third party unless required by law.

International transfers

If any of our service providers process data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into a business relationship, in which case records are kept as required for that relationship and by law. Server logs are retained by our host for its standard period.
